FAQ

Where do we deliver?
Our delivery team services all of Toronto and throughout the Greater Toronto Area (please see our DELIVERY page for more detailed delivery information).

How do I care for fresh flowers?
Bouquets - all of our bouquets will be delivered in a water bag contained in a box, accompanied by tissue paper and a protective layer of cellophane. Please give the stems a fresh trim before placing in fresh, cool water. Refresh the water every couple of days.
Vase Arrangements - refresh the water every couple of days.

How do I care for dried flowers?
All of our dried flowers are designed to last indefinitely with very little maintenance. These do not require any hydration and should not get wet or be watered in any capacity. Please note, we have noticed some colour fading when kept in direct sunlight for long periods of time.

Do we have a retail space?
Yes! Stop by 711 College St, Toronto and say hello, furry friends are also always welcome. You will be able to shop a selection of pre-made dried arrangements, plants, pots, vases, candles, cards, prints, magnets, and of course fresh blooms.

Do I have to order ahead of time for pick-up?
If you already have an idea of what you're looking for and prefer to grab and go when you arrive at the shop, feel free to call the shop ahead of time (416-537-7465) and we will have your order ready for when you arrive. If you'd prefer to browse what we have in person before placing your order, please allow 10-30 minutes for us to prepare something for you on the spot.

Will I get confirmation when my order gets delivered?
Yes! Our delivery team offers a confirmation email service with all deliveries they complete. You will receive the confirmation to the email you provided when placing your order (Didn't receive an email? Check your junk folder!)

Do you have a minimum spend for weddings and/or events?
No! We don't require any minimum spending when working together. All of the work we do is custom for each client, and all of the quotes you receive from us will be itemized including floral descriptions, pricing and delivery details if required.

What is your wedding booking procedure?
Everything starts with a complimentary consultation, which can be held in person or over the phone. This is when we will discuss the floral vision for your special day. Based on our discussion, we will then provide you with an itemized quote that you can review, ask questions about and request revisions. If you're happy with the quote and would like to secure our services, a deposit will save your date and confirm that we are working together. Changes can be made up until we have our sample appointment four to six weeks before the wedding date. This is when you will come into the shop and see a sample floral arrangement. During this appointment, we will then go over any floral changes, confirm final counts and layouts together. Your remaining balance will be due two weeks prior to the wedding date, and then we are all set to make your vision come to life on your special day!
